last 041309, umuwi ang tito at tita ko from states at since im an official bum, at hindi pa nagrereview, ako sumundo sa kanila sa airport at naging tourist guide for a day... maganda na din yon para naman makapagpahinga ako...
sa first day, we went to moa for my tita's beautification spree.. she had her hair done... at dahil wala naman akong kailangang major repair, i settled for manicure and foot spa with pedicure... at habang naghihintay sa kanila dahil nagpa-facial, inikot ko ang department store at nakapag-shopping ako ng wala sa oras...
on the second day, since sabi nila na wala daw silang gagawin ngayon at maglalagi lang sila sa hotel, i decided to go home... tinawagan ko si mike na sunduin ako sa hotel at ihatid ako sa nearest bus station kasi madami akong dala... so sinundo nya ako sa hotel at naihatid sa bus station, pero na-late siya sa work... alam ko naman na mali ang ginawa ko na nagdemand ako na sunduin nya ako na walang pasabi last night or early morning... pero tama ba ang ginawa nya na sisihin nya ako ng todo-todo dahil na-late siya... sana kung ayaw nya gawin ang isang bagay, sana sabihin nya, kaysa ang dami pang sermon... i do also understand mike's side na dahil boyfriend ko sya, he is obliged to be my knight in shining armour... pero masmaganda siguro kung gagawin mo yon ng taos sa puso mo diba..
what really pissed me off is... that night, isisi ba lahat sa akin ang kamalasan nya that day? sinabihan nya ako ng "ano masaya ka na, na nangyari to sa akin ngayon?"
- nahuli siya sa trabaho
- nasiraan siya ng sasakyan, at para makauwi, kailangan nya itong itulak
- at dahil masakit ang paa nya dahil sa gout, mas lumala pa to at lumobo..
as a whole, i enjoyed going out with my tito and tita... well that was my first time to talk and be with them that long... pero ang pinaka-gusto kong part ay kahit na matanda na sila (both are in the 60's)... they are still sweet to each other as if they are a newly wed couple...kapag ordinary lang, they call each other hon pero kapag nang-aasaran sila, they call each other mr. kwan or mrs. kwan...at palagi silang nag-uusap... (SANA ABUTIN KO PA ITO PAGTANDA KO...)
it has been a custom that during holy week especially good friday, we go to vacation... maybe this is our only chance to relax and unwind (we close the store only 3 days in a year - good friday, christmas and new year)... we planned to go to Bohol but since we planned and tried to book it days before the departure day, the rates doubled, costing us 13k per person... so we settled for the never ending sssuuubbbiiiccc!!!!
we stayed at treasure island resort at barrio barretto... the rooms are nice and if they say it is good for two persons... i tell you, believe them that it is just for two persons, nothing more, nothing less... (imagine we managed to accommodate 5 persons in a good for two room!!!! - what else... latag sa sahig!!! heheheh)
the resort is clean, they have one big pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, they also have 24/7 bar that provides big-serving dishes... the only thing that i dont like is the beach itself... the water is not as clear as compared to resorts inside the subic base...
our next stop is moonbay marina where we ate our seafood inspired lunch... no words can describe it... i love seafoods!!!
after our lunch, we went to zoobic safari, but there are gazillions of people entering the place so we decided to reschedule it instead...
we ended our day by eating dinner at david's tea house at sm pampanga... the trip is tiring but have lots of fun... the trip is not complete without the pixs...
